How commercial pricing works
Business work is priced individually rather than from a list, because a small salon and a three storey office are very different jobs. I look at the number of windows, the access and how often you want it done, then give you a fixed price per visit so you can budget properly.
If you also need gutters, fascias or a pressure wash outside, I can sort that too through my exterior cleaning business.
